Jewel’s Livestream Concert Raises Over $550,000 For Her Inspiring Children Foundation

While COVID-19 may have cancelled her Never Broken fundraiser benefiting the Inspiring Children Foundation, Jewel took matters into her own hands.

In the livestream concert event that took place Saturday – Live From San Quarantine: A Livestream Concert – the singer, 45, raised money for her non-profit organization that helps at-risk youth with housing, food, clothing, necessities and mentoring, as well as physical, emotional, mental health tools.

Jewel’s hope was that the concert would urge 5,000 people to donate $1/day or just $30/month for one year.

On Monday, Jewel’s rep told ET Canada the concert was a huge success, raising over $550,000 for her foundation.
