Ronda Rousey Turns Down Full-Time WWE Position — Slams Fans As ‘F*ckin Ungrateful’

Ronda Rousey has become a fan-favorite and a fan-enemy during her carer with the WWE. She recently spoke about her future on a podcast and her comments definitely ruffled some feathers.

Ronda is not a full-time wrestler and has no plans to be one. During the last season of Total Divas, she said she would be taking some time off to focus on her family.

In addition to it not being worth her mental sanity and physical effort, she thinks that the fans of WWE don’t deserve her.

While speaking with Steve-O on his podcast, Ronda explained: ‘I love the WWE. I had such a great time. I love all the girls in the locker room. But, I was doing basically part-time and I was away from home 200 days out of the year. And, when I did get home, I was so sleep deprived cause you just don’t have time to lay down. So it’s just like … what am I doing it for if I’m not being able to spend my time and energy on my family? But, instead of spending my time and my energy on a bunch of f*ckin ungrateful fans that don’t even appreciate me?’

TMZ posted the story detailing what was said and followers went in on Ronda.

‘This is the dumbest crap she’s ever said! Wrestling is all about sides! Some hate you, some love you! It’s a man’s soap opera and if your the bad guy more than likely you’ll get boo’d the whole time performing! But she has horrible sportsmanship. It only took one time for someone to prove to be better and she ran (UFC)! She’ll keep running from wherever she’s not praised. So maybe home is where you need to be. Sorry, not sorry!!!’ said one.

Another added: ‘Get your own gimmick Ronda. She tries too hard to be mean or angry compared to when she was in the UFC she was just her. Her promos were super cheesy. Hope she doesn’t come back. It’s been better without her.’

This follower said: ‘lol who cares. She sucked at real fighting and was humiliated and schooled when she faced a real fighter. Now she is into Fake fighting and pretend drama. Can’t even believe WWE still exists…’

This is not the first time that Rousey has slammed the Smackdown and Raw franchises. Many people also commented that this may be another tactic for her to ‘turn heel’ aka become a villain again on the shows.
