Sex And The City’s Big And Carrie were a love that defined the ages – and so of course in times of trouble like the coronavirus crisis, the pair (well… the actors) found their way back to each other.
Chris Noth was asked by the New York Police to send a message to his fans, urging them to stay inside amid the crisis.
The Law and Order actor, 65, posted a video online to his fans telling him that while he only plays a cop, he’s still instructing everyone to be safe and self-isolate, or practice social distancing while out.
Sarah Jessica Parker, who led the cast as Carrie on the early 00s series, couldn’t resist dropping in to send her love after seeing the message.
In typical flirty fashion of Carrie, Sarah wrote: ‘I’d do whatever you told me! Love to your family from mine. X’
Chris then posted a kiss emoji back with the message: ‘Miss your bright smile.’
And just like that, we couldn’t help but wonder, how do these two still capture our hearts after all these years?!

In Chris’s message, the actor said the NYPD had requested his help, and told his audeince: ‘As New Yorkers we have to social distance. We have to stay inside until all this passes.
‘We can do it. We’re tough, We’re resilient, and we have the best darn police force in the country.’
‘I’m not a cop, but I played one on TV,’ he joked. ‘Stay safe, stay healthy, and see you on the other side.’
Chris has only recently welcomed his second child this year – announcing the arrival of a baby boy in February alongside his wife, Tara Wilson, whom he’s been married to since 2012.
Naming him Keats, after the poet John Keats, the doting dad announced the new addition to his family on Instagram.
His first son, Orion, is 12 years old.
Meanwhile, Sarah Jessica Parker has been married to actor Matthew Broderick since 2007, and together they have three children.
James is 17 years old, while twins Marion and Tabitha are both 10.
Sex and The City is available on Amazon Prime Video in the UK.
