Isaias weakens to tropical storm, expected to strengthen back to hurricane overnight as it approaches Florida

Hurricane Isaias has now weakened to a tropical storm as of Saturday evening, the tropical storm will then re-strengthen to a hurricane overnight as it approaches the southeast coast of Florida.
