'We just want the opportunity to survive': Bar owners, workers rally outside NC governor's mansion demanding permission to reopen

After being excluded from reopening once again, entertainment venue owners gathered outside the Governor's mansion to make sure their voices were heard. They demand that they too can operate in the same manner as restaurants and other industries that have reopened.
