Olly Murs was one proud boyfriend as his other half Amelia Tank triumphed at a bodybuilding competition at the weekend.
The singer sang Amelia’s praises on Instagram as he watched her compete at the Pure Bikini competition in Margate.
Olly, 36, cheered her on as she picked up the competition trophy and crown on Saturday: ‘And Still…. undefeated-champ ππππ»ππ» 6 months work, show postponed, lockdown to deal with and she went and bloody did it! Lost for words!
‘Proud of ya darlin x now let’s eat a McDonalds on the way home to celebrate…my treat.’
He shared photos of Amelia on Instagram doing her thing on stage posing in various bikinis alongside the other contestants.
In one snap taken from in the crowd, Amelia, wearing a pink halter neck bikini, stands on stage in between two other competitors.
Another photo from the second round showed her striking a pose in a bright blue bikini and a multicoloured cape adorned with butterlies.
Documenting the night he posted a video giving his fans an update, saying he was proud of her no matter what the end result.
Olly said in the short clip: ‘I’m so nervous. I’m super proud of her whatever happens but I wanna win!’
He got his wish as another bit of footage saw Amelia announced as the winner and the audience erupting into applause.
The Troublemaker singer then shared a lovely photo with the champ herself as she sported a stunning winner’s crown in front of her trophy. Olly stood next to her with his arms in the air and a big smile. Hope he treats her to an extra large Maccy Ds.
The couple, who have been dating since 2019, moved in together during lockdown last year, sharing their pranks on each other on social media.
Having danced around their bedroom in his pants to wake Amelia up and chucking her face first into a pool, Olly also had to apologise after a rude prank involving a Pringles can and his penis went down like a lead balloon.
