WWE superstar Jimmy Uso has reportedly been arrested for driving under the influence.

The former WWE Tag Team Champion – who appeared on SmackDown opposite Hall of Famer Edge on Friday night – is said to have been pulled over after allegedly going through a red light at 50 miles per hour in a 35MPH zone.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Uso – whose real name is Jonathan Fatu – had readings of .202 and .205 from a breathalyser, and he was arrested in Pensacola, Florida on the misdemeanour. Florida’s legal limit is .08.

The site notes that his bond is set at $500.

It’s not the first time the 35-year-old wrestler has had issues with the law.

In 2013, he was arrested on a DUI charge in Hillsborough County Florida, and again the same year for driving with a suspended license.

Two years ago, he was arrested in Detroit following a confrontation with an officer after his wife Trinity Fatu – known to WWE fans as Naomi – was pulled over.

For the latter, he paid a fine after pleading no contest to interfering with a government employee.

Later in 2019, he was arrested for DUI again, but he was found not guilty.

The wrestler – who has been a major fixture in WWE alongside his twin brother Joshua Fatu (Jey Uso) since their debut in 2010 – recently returned to the blue brand.

He’s been a huge part of SmackDown’s main storyline since then, initially trying to turn Jey away from their real life cousin Roman Reigns before aligning with the Universal Champion himself.

Together, The Usos have held the SmackDown Tag Team Titles four times, and the WWE Tag Team Titles on another two occasions. In 2014 and 2015 they were named Tag Team of the Year, and their feud with The New Day is regarded as one of the best of the modern era.
